These are brand-new patients who just received our first text. They will auto-move to No Response Follow-Up after 24 hours without a reply, or to Pre-Lien if they respond.

Use this list to confirm the automation is working by checking each patient’s Created At time.

If you need to bring a closed-out patient back into workflow, change their status to holding. Then refresh the screen — the patient will appear in the Holding section, where all fields become editable.

If a patient wants to resume communication, change their status to holding*. Then refresh the screen — the patient will appear in the Holding section, where all fields can be updated before reactivating them.

This section contains patients who require manual review before reactivation—such as prior opt-outs, cold leads, or incomplete information. Operators can edit all necessary fields here. Once the record is updated and ready to move forward, click Call Attempt – Successful to re-enter the patient into the active workflow.
