The Active Queue is where new referrals are actively worked after the initial SMS is sent. Staff can edit fields, add notes, and update information as responses come in, with the goal of completing intake and moving the referral to the next status. This queue is operational and action-oriented, designed for day-to-day execution rather than monitoring.
